Seniors Rights Victoria welcomes your feedback – whether it is a compliment, a complaint or a comment – because it will help to improve our services. You can give your feedback either verbally or in writing by contacting us as above. You can also give your feedback in person to any Seniors Rights Victoria staff member, who will refer the feedback to the appropriate person.
You can give your feedback anonymously if you wish, but please provide your name and contact details if you would like a response, which will be provided in a timely and respectful way.
