The Victorian Government’s Elder abuse prevention and response guidelines for action 2012 – 2014 outline the government’s priorities, actions and measures to help protect the safety and well being of older Victorians.

With respect to age – 2009, Victorian Government practice guidelines for health services and community agencies for the prevention of elder abuse has broad multi sector and multi discipline application providing practical guidance for managers, workers and practitioners in health services and community agencies.
